Monty Hamilton

Monty Hamilton, CEO of Rural Sourcing, Inc. is a consulting industry veteran with more than 20 years experience working with strategic clients in the Consumer Products and Life Sciences industries, growing and attracting new talent and expanding the business opportunities most recently as a Managing Partner at Clarkston Consulting.

Hamilton has worked with leading Fortune 500 companies, including Georgia-Pacific, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Mylan, and Novartis, as well as, entrepreneurial ventures and biotech companies. He has been a close advisor to numerous executives focused in the areas of organizational change, technology strategy and systems implementations.

Professionally, Hamilton is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Biomedical Partnership, and the Technology Association of Georgia. He also contributes to his community, where he is the past president of the board of directors for the Adaptive Learning Center, a school designed to meet the unique challenges of special needs children from birth to age six.

Mr. Hamilton holds an M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in business from Millsaps College.
