Mark Ginestro

Mark Ginestro has become a trusted advisor to many of our clients and has become one of the firm’s most highly sought-after voices for counsel. Through his work over the years with both Life Sciences and Consumer Products firms, he has gained experience delivering business results in the areas of strategy, business process improvement, change management, regulatory compliance and supply chain. Mark is responsible for managing the firm’s clients and consultants throughout the western United States.

In 1998, Mark served as co-founder and managing director of Clarkston’s Asian operations in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Singapore. During that time he gained a vast amount of experience in addressing global business needs including: planning international business expansion, understanding local legal environments, building operations and hiring staff, and developing new client relationships.

Mark maintains active involvement in the community. For the past 4 years, he has served on the board of directors of the Northern California Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where he served as president for 2 years. He is an active member of the Parenteral Drug Association, BayBio and BIOCOM. He has also served on chapter boards for the Society of Information Management, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Vibha and Cooley’s Anemia Foundation.

Mark graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan where he received a B.S. in electrical engineering. He has also completed an Executive Education Program through the Harvard Business School.
