Clarkston Consulting Receives Client Satisfaction Rating of 97%
DURHAM, NC — March 3, 2010. Clarkston Consulting, a leading management and technology consulting firm, is pleased to announce its ninth annual client satisfaction survey results. Clarkston Consulting’s 2009 survey yielded an extraordinary industry leading Total Client Satisfaction rating of 97% and a Strong Satisfaction rating of 77%.
For the past decade, Clarkston Consulting is proud to lead the consulting industry in the highest recorded client satisfaction by objective third party researchers. Clarkston built its business strategy on three tenets of fostering client and employee intimacy; investing in innovative ideas, practitioner knowledge, and experience to address business issues facing life sciences and consumer goods companies; and, delivering measurable business results for its world-class clients. To monitor clients’ satisfaction, for the past nine years Clarkston engaged outside independent research firms Client Opinions and The Conference Board to obtain an objective and unbiased assessment of yearly performance.
