2011 Client Survey Bumps 10-year Average Satisfaction Rating to 97%

Results from the 2011 Annual Client Satisfaction Survey increased Clarkston’s 10-year average client satisfaction rating to 97%.
The survey is administered independently to gather direct feedback from Clarkston’s clients and understand client satisfaction in a way that is comprehensive, measurable and unbiased. For the 2011 survey, Clarkston once again engaged Client Opinions, Inc., an independent research firm, to conduct the assessment.
