Clarkston Consulting Receives Client Satisifaction Rating of 96%
DURHAM, NC — July 15, 2008. Clarkston Consulting, a leading management and technology consulting firm, is pleased to announce that our seventh annual client satisfaction survey yielded extremely positive results. We received an extraordinary Total Client Satisfaction rating of 96% and a Strong Satisfaction rating of 64%.
At Clarkston Consulting we strive to deliver brilliant client service. In order to do this, we focus on our core values, the ten principles that guide our daily interactions with our clients and each other. To monitor our clients’ satisfaction, we engage an independent research firm, Client Opinions, Inc., to obtain an objective and unbiased assessment of our performance. This report highlights Clarkston’s strengths, provides highlights from client feedback, and summarizes our action plan to address opportunities for improvement.

The key challenges this year for the Consumer Products industry are the rising energy costs economic slowdown. Our Life Sciences clients reported the pressures of blockbuster drugs coming off patent combined with the pressure to invest to bring new efficiencies to their operations.
