At Clarkston, we do not think of our people as employees, but rather as Stewards of our firm.  While “employee” may be accurate, the term does not do justice to the work that we do. Our Stewards are more than just business professionals – they are caretakers for our firm and our clients, coaches within the company, ambassadors to their communities, and the core of who we are. By balancing a strong teamwork attitude with attention to individual needs, Clarkston fosters a community where everyone can excel.
