Brilliant Beginnings

I started my career at Clarkston as an Associate when I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Clarkston has been a great place to grow my career. Because of our firm’s culture, responsibility was vested in me early on in my tenure, allowing me the opportunity to showcase my leadership and project management skills from the get-go. One of my favorite things about Clarkston is the effort people put into internal initiatives. Our people care about the future of the firm, and it shows.

Whether you are a current student or recent college graduate, Clarkston offers unique opportunities for launching your career.
Clarkston’s college recruiting programs have proved that when we hire new graduates, we are hiring the firm’s future leaders. We offer exciting careers for those who want to combine their business, technical, and interpersonal skills as Business and Technology Consultants. Clarkston draws students from colleges across the U.S. who will challenge themselves to grow into highly sought-after trusted advisers and thought leaders.
New Associates attend an intensive training program that focuses on developing key skills necessary for future consulting roles. During this eight-week training, you will build expertise in Clarkston’s core industries – Life Sciences and Consumer Products – as well as in several service areas based on current demand. The training includes instructor-led classes, knowledge assessments, case studies, e-learning, self-study materials, practical exercises, presentations, and team activities. To prepare Associates for life as professional consultants, the program is an accurate reflection of real-world engagements.
A consulting career with Clarkston is not for individuals who want to blend into the middle of the pack. Life at Clarkston is best suited for leaders who want to stand out and make a difference for our clients and our firm.
