Monty Hamilton — Regional Managing Partner

With more than 17 years of experience, Monty Hamilton’s focus is on working with strategic clients in the consumer products and life sciences industries, growing and attracting new talent to the firm, and expanding the business opportunities within the region. As Clarkston Consulting’s South Central regional managing partner, Hamilton is responsible for managing Clarkston’s clients and consultants throughout the Southern United States and Latin America.

Hamilton has worked with leading Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial ventures to assist with enterprise change initiatives, cost reductions, and new growth opportunities. His areas of expertise include organizational change strategy, customer relationship management, and business strategy.

Professionally, Hamilton is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Biomedical Partnership, and the Technology Association of Georgia. He also contributes to his community, where he is the past president of the board of directors for the Adaptive Learning Center, a school designed to meet the unique challenges of special needs children form birth to age six.

Mr. Hamilton holds an M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in business from Millsaps College.
