Mark Ginestro — Partner

With more than 13 years of experience, Mark Ginestro has become a trusted advisor to many of our clients and has become one of the firm’s most highly sought after voices for counsel.  Through his work over the years with both life sciences and consumer products firms, he has gained experience delivering business results in the areas of strategy, business process improvement, change management, regulatory compliance, and supply chain.  As Clarkston’s West regional managing partner, Ginestro is responsible for managing the firm’s clients and consultants throughout the western United States.

Ginestro also served as managing director of Clarkston’s Asian operations throughout its three year tenure. During that time he gained a vast amount of experience in global business needs including: planning international business expansion, understanding local legal environments, building operations and hiring staff, and developing new client relationships.

Ginestro maintains active involvement in the community.  For the past 5 years, he has served on the board of directors of the San Francisco Chapter of the Society of Information Management.  He is an active member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA).  He has also served on chapter boards for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Vibha, and Cooley’s Anemia Foundation.

Ginestro graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan where he received a B.S. in electrical engineering.  He has also completed an Executive Education Program through the Harvard Business School.
