Marie McDonald — Associate Partner

Marie R. McDonald is an associate partner in the North Central Region and has helped Life Sciences firms solve their business challenges for over ten years.  She has led and/or facilitated a wide range of projects including quality systems implementations, validation, regulatory remediation and compliance, and business process improvement, specifically in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries.  Sought-after for her expertise and guidance, Ms. McDonald’s experience spans program and project planning, strategy, process design, training, and change management. In her role as Associate Partner, Ms. McDonald will oversee strategic projects such as global change control automation, document migration, serialization / ePedigree strategies, and international SAP and demand planning rollouts. She has authored white papers including “Avoiding cGMP Non-Compliance Through Effective Training Techniques” which was featured in both PharmaVoice and Aseptic Packaging & Processing magazines.  Ms. McDonald is a graduate of Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania and earned her Master of Science degree in Career and Technical Education from Virginia Tech.

Active in the community, Marie is a member of the Lehigh Valley Junior League, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA).
